  • We assume buyers have read, understand and agreed to all our terms & conditions before placing an order.

  • All photographs of the item are taken at close proximity, there might be slightly different in color.


  • All items sold are not exchangeable /returnable/ refundable in any circumstances.

  • We assume you have agreed & accept to our charges when you send us order.


  • Kindly wait for our confirmation email BEFORE making payment


  • We only accept the following options for payment: -
  • Funds Transfer via ATM machine
  • I-Banking


  • FULL PAYMENT has to be transferred to Passion Fashion House before spree end.


  • Late payment is NOT ALLOWED.


  • Only one time payment. No order cancellation or refund once the payment is received.
    • (There wil be 2 time payment for M'sian. 2nd payment is for the postages in Malaysia)

  • Please send us the payment info once correct payment is credited to Passion Fashion House bank account.


  • Without providing this payment info, we assume there is NO PAYMENT make from you & will just ignore your order.


  • NO bargain on price or rushing on delivery.


  • All goods sold are not returnable or exchangable with cash. Lead time & arrival date of items from Taiwan depends on merchants side. But Passion Fashion House will try our best to send out your ordered items ASAP once received it.


  • Will keep you posted on the status of your order if we received any update from Merchant.


  • We will keep you informed if your order is mail out. Please be patience while waiting for an update info from us. Take note: For normal mail, items will take around 2-10 days to reach you.
    • (For Malaysia, item will be mail out in our convenient time. But we will try to mail out as soon as possible to avoid disappoint)

  • If you opt for meet up stated in the order form, and there are no news from you after 3weeks of item arrival, we will not hesitate to sell off your item as our instocks.
    • (M'sian are not applicable for meet up option)

  • Passion Fashion House will make refund if the items you ordered is out of stock & will keep you informed.

    HOW TO ORDER?


    1. Look at the ongoing sprees for any clothes that you are interested in.

    2. Click HERE to fill in our order form    :

    4. An order confirmation will be send to you via email together with the amount payable by you.

    5. Upon receiving the email, you can proceed on with making payment either via ATM transfer or Internet Banking(We only accept POSB or DBS transfer) before the spree end.

    6. Email us with the relevant transaction details that is highlighted in our email.

    7. Kindly wait and DO NOT rush us for any update. We will update the sprees status immediately if supplier has update us.

    8. An email will be send to you when we have mail out your items. It might takes 2-7days for the items to reach you.
